Good pvp / story movie, need help

Well my story and its a real story is I played a 60 NE rogue in a popular guild for a long time, I was a member with them for over a year then I xfered servers to play with my friends, I decided to come back but my pvp xfer wasnt up so I bought a 60 human mage to xfer there and play with them again but they declined me to re enter the guild even though ive been like familly with them for a long time, so I traded both my accounts for a UD mage, and I xfered back to get my revenge on all of them.

But Im just a begining Vegas user so i need some help with some stuff,

1st I want to know how to zoom in on one area, then zoom out while the video is still playing, I also want to know how to zoom in on a screenshot and then it slowly scrolls down ie: Forum post zoomed in and slowly scrolling down like in credits.

so if anyone could hook me up with some tuts on that it would be awesome.

Im also looking for an effect that is static on a tv and an effect that is like a tv turning off / on.

If anyone could help me that would be great thanks =D

Use the pan/crop event to make it able to zoom in. And to be extra helpful, as my goal always is. I will add a few pics to show u what pan/crop is.

So if u watch these pics u can see the connections between how I move the "F" to control the picture. Now if u want to be even more precise u can do this on the corners where the numbers are, left side. But now u ask, but how do I make it zoom!? Here is the answer, u must put ur marker where u want it to be at the point u zoomed it.

Ok, that may have sounded a bit complicated, but I will give an example, if the marker is at the start of the clip u want to zoom, well then u will change whole the clip. If u stand in the middle and zoom in the clip, then Sony Vegas will automatically start as usually, but slowly zoom in till it comes to the place where u have zoomed in. If you didn't entirely understand that, then simply experiement a little with Sony Vegas. That's all the help I can give u atm.

But I'm not sure what ur looking for. When editing movies ur own creativity and combination of programs is the most helpful tool. By combining different effects with pictures/clips u can sometimes create something new and fresh, ur own creativity is ur best tool.
