what should i buff?

first I'm sorry for my terrible english =/

well, i wanted to now what i should better at my pc that fraps could run better.

I have an P4 with 3.2 ghz 1gb ram and a readon 9800 xt...

if i run wow with the lowest graphicssettings and recording with fraps at 20 fps at half size, the fps can fall to 10 or lower, but also to record with 15 or so, ist so good... specially not for a pvp movie

what should i change or better?

oh yes my readon has 128 ram

At least one more GB of RAM and a better video card, at least a 256 MB with DDR2 RAM on it.

I'd say the graphics card mainly. 1gb RAM is fine though.
