Altering Time in Vegas

I was wondering if someone could explain to me how to alter time using Sony Vegas. I know how to slow/speed up an entire clip, but how would I do it for just a certain section of a clip?
I'd also like to know how to make a clip play in reverse...

If you know how to use velocity then I won't descibe that. as I always I will try to use some pictures to descibe more clearly what I'm doing.

Reversing a clip
Reversing a clip is really simple. I think that if u had checked the help guide or tried some u would have found out how to do it. Anyways, right click the clip and choose reverse. Done, that was all u had to do.

Altering time
I hope u know that it's possible to cut clips where u want, as that is one way. The other is to do it like this: Click right click and click add point

Now you can move this point to alter the time in the clip. U can also add more points if u want more then one.
