Title and Slow/fast Motion Help (Sony Vegas)

I'm currently working on my 2nd pvp video, and im wondering how can I put the Title "Magichand II" On the screen where it shows my character. And also I can't find out how to do slow motion. Any help would be cool. Thanks

note: I'm using fraps and sony vegas 6.0

Ok. Well I will show you how to do slow motion.

First of all your footage needs to be a high FPS to be good slow motion, so in fraps change the FPS to like 100.

Next, when it's in vegas right click on the clip and go Insert/Remove Envelope and choose Velocity.

Once you have done that a green bar should show up on your screen http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l290/Terwilliger_2006/2.jpg.

To slow it down right click on the green square at the end (http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l290/Terwilliger_2006/3.jpg) and choose "Set To..." and type in about 50% (thats half speed).
This will slow your whole clip.

To slow a certain part you will have to add some points. So add a point where you want to start the slow http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l290/Terwilliger_2006/4.jpg. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l290/Terwilliger_2006/5.jpg

and then make another right next to it and drag it under the one you just made http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l290/Terwilliger_2006/6.jpg.

Set it to 50%. Do the same at the point where you want to stop the slow like so 6. and now that bit will be slowed!

Thanks for your help. That leave a small problem....How do I insert Text Into my videos? So my video and the font shows at the same time. To present my title or something
