As someone who has played multiplayer video games, specifically World of Warcraft (WoW), you have valuable knowledge which you can share by taking the following anonymous survey. The survey is short, and should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete.

The survey contains questions about motivations for playing WoW over time, and your answers to these questions are important to both scholarly research and society as a whole. Part of a Master's thesis project, the data gathered from these surveys will help us to better understand the reasons people play multiplayer games, and how those reasons may or may not change over time.
