Problem using FRAPS

Well I'm using FRAPS to record some PvP videos the problem is that I can't get more than 20 fps (the yellow number in the left top corner). And I think this is why all of my videos are faster than it should be.

Why is that?.

I already read the guide "FRAPS How to Guide(Performance and video capturing) *Please Read*"

But I can't figure it out, please some one help me :D.

1. Do you get more than 20 fps without fraps running?
2. Where are the fraps videos being recorded to?
3. What cpu do you have?
