Movie Upoaders Deleting Rated Comments

Mods, Admins, whoever. This is NOT okay.

You can't give a video uploader the power the delete rated comments or even remove the comment section. That's absolutely ridiculous.

If someone makes a shit video and people don't like it, rightfully so, he can just delete all of the bad ratings on his video and now his vid has a good 4.5/5 (example) rating despite being terrible?

That's terrible. Probably one of the reasons this site is dying anyway.

Bump, another suggestion is don't give any accounts that are either between 0-15 fame or have been made in the last 2 months the ability to rate comments or use the report feature (to an extent, let them still report for malicious links and advertising).

I actually don't believe for a second that the reports are manually looked through, it feels really automatic based on how poorly rated a comment is and anyone who wants to spend the time to make ten accounts can easily remove any comment they see fit.
