newbie to PVP(keybinding)

Hi,everyone. i am new to PVP and i have watched many movies from WCM,but i am really confused about those kindbindings. In every movie, those people look like they dun have to use mouse and only use keyboard to PVP.How can they do tat? i mean for instance, if u wanna turn straight back, u have to use mouse rite? or do u? and how can they lock on to enermy? use Tab? is there any other key? lol... i am new to PVP and someone can clarify this for me =) thank you

Well you can make a macro for it :p But mostly of the pvp players holds down right mouse button and steer with that and attack with keybindings...
