Fraps Codec

I was wondering what program to use to convert a video recorded in Fraps to another format, so it does not require the Fraps Codec to play in Windows Media Player. So if I record a video, then transfer it to another computer that does not have the Fraps Codec, it will be able to play. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

any video editing program will open it, you can then encode it to divx or some other codec of your choosing.
