How do I coulor a small part!

Hey, I'd like to know how to just colour a small part, and have the rest of the clip in black/white.

The black/white part I know, but how to get a small circle with either the normal colour of the clip or something else, I'd really like to know..

Frame by Frame. Select the fram youwish to color and change just that one

If you put the same clip in 2 layers on top of each other, use the effect black and white on the bottom clip and the Cookie Cutter effect on the top clip

It should be the other way because if you put the color on top then it will always be in color.
