If you have VLC you can watch it cause its .avi, but i still suggest you download K Lite Codec and just watch it with Windows Media Player for right now
VLC doesn't play back videos in the best quality because of a current bug issue, which i've managed to talk to the developers about and they'll be fixing in their next patch update
You can choose either version to download, any will work, basic - standard - full etc
