free video program? (fraps is not free)

hello, im new here. I'm making a video with my lvl 20 troll but i need a free video making program. my plans are to do a /dance and start music playing in the backround (ciara's "Oh" song)
anyway, who here plays on staghelm?
also, i cant upgrade my trial to a full account till next month :(

U can disable the thing that shows when u film with fraps. At the full version u can anyways.

I prefer fraps myself. If you have windows you can just edit the music in with Windows Movie Maker and it will sound a lot better :)
I dont ever record audio with fraps anyways.
