I pre-order and I still don't have my beta key

I pre-order WaR on mid august just after the closed Beta test and I still don't have my open beta code for this sunday. Is it because they have none left ? Do someone else is in the same situation ? Let me know

hmm. I don't think pre-order included open beta. it include head start, u get to start to play the real thing 3 days before.

But do you know how the headstart will work.Do we have to download something before, how and when are we going to receive an email to get a code to be able to register ?
