When posting videos to Google Video (or any other livestream provider for that matter) there's obviously going to be a significant quality loss. I was wondering if there were any specific rendering settings that may icrease the quality of a Livestream. Currently, I've just been uploading whatever I render (usually a 1024x768 resolution file).

If you've got any suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

Which kind of format do you render your movie in? (.avi, .wmv, .mov, etc.)

Google video is 320x240 so if you upload anything bigger than that theyll just downsize it, it may possibly look better if you submit a file with the correct resolution in the first place (again, 320x240)

I tend to render with WMV using most of the settings provided in the compression guide on WCM. I was thinking that maybe changing the size may improve quality but was looking for some exact information. I'll have to try 320x240.

I've just seen fraps posted which much higher quality livestreams than what I can get out of mine (not sure if I can link specific examples to other people's projects on this forum) and was wondering how they do it.

Thanks for the tip so far.
