How do I rate a comment?
 

I slide the bar up to the rating I want on a video then clicked Post comment/rating, but then when I refresh nothing has happened. The other people who rate have the bars beside their name for what they rated that video and I dont.

Should have titled this "How do I rate a video?" That's what I meant.
