Default message when rating.
 

If you don't want to type a message or reason for the rating how about by default it just puts in what you rated, for example: 1/4/5/4/3.

Just a lazy man suggestion.

Why not take the time and write a few words?
That is the "salary" for the moviemakers, and each one of them deserves this little effort.
