Slow Speeds
 

Ok i have searched the forums for other topics and have only found, "we are looking into it" replies...

I have a 10mbps connection, live in London UK and up untill about 2 weeks ago had been getting 2mbps download speeds on all the premium EU servers. Now im lucky if i break 100kbs. There is nothing wrong with my connection as i can easily download other files at 2-3mbps.

I pay for premium speeds and thats what i expect. Im better off saving myself money and just using the mirrors. Whats going on guys?

What ISP are you with? Do you have any firewalls? Does your ISP have firewalls on their end that could possibly be limiting access to us (note: it is required you call them to know this information)? What time of day is this happening, we need specifics including times and date (every hour of the day doesn't count, please tell us when you are downloading)? What type of connection is it, DSL, cable, OC3? Are you behind a router or are on a college campus?
