Fill Out Video Info, Stuck On Step 2
 

So I am using a youtube link of my video on youtube.com/DkSharktooth to try and submit a video.

I have just created this account less than 5 minutes ago.

Here is what I see after I press proceed to step 2:

There is nothing else for me to do and it doesn't show that I have submitted the video in my account options.
