Aspect ratio was changed after upload?
 

Too bad my first post had to be in this section..

I uploaded a video and the aspect ratio changed radically either in the upload, conversion or playback. And it is horribly skewed after this change.

Original aspect ratio is 16:9 (1080p)
Aspect ratio in playback looks like 4:3

Thanks for the help. If I need to letterbox the movie, i.e. rerender please let me know with what resolution it should be.

Someone does apparently read these, but does any of the mods / support?

Would be nice to get a reply if so...

Is this place dead? Is there no mods?
