I noticed there was some people with the rank "Hall of Fame member" - who would I talk to about getting it attached to my name?

My productions name and in game name is Venorize.

........okay? yea, ive seen the page, im on it... so how do i get the ranking?

This is your answer, you can't talk to anyone about getting it. It is earned.

I didn't say a single word about getting platinum stars....

I'm in the hall of fame, I'm asking why I don't have the title in the forums to go along with it like others do.

That's a different subject. In the future please specify forum, WarcraftMovies.com, where ever you are talking about. In your original post you didn't specify anything about the forum ranking system. This is why unska and I was not able to help you properly. Please be more specific in the future.
