Cannot Edit My Movie
 

Hi, my movie was successfully uploaded, but it is not under the My Movies tab so I am unable to edit it. I guess I accidentally submitted the movie under the 'Warrior' category, when it is in fact a Warlock Movie.

If someone can re-categorize my movie, I would appreciate it.

Have you made sure that you are the author linked to your movie from your profile? What you do if you have not yet linked yourself to an author name is find you author name on the list in the My Profile>User Settings section of you profile and scroll through the list and then after finding it then click Send Request. If your name is not on that list, please give us a link to your movie and the name that you would like to be known as and we will take care of the rest.

I selected my name from the list and submitted a request yesterday, still hasn't updated.

I want my author name to be Ghwrin, which is what I selected from the author list and is the name of my login. The link to my video is in the first ppost.

Alright, what will have to be one now is to wait for an Admin to take care of the rest. I will remind one of them to check this thread and they will most likely get the issue taken care of as soon as they can.

I tried submitting a request to have my account (ghwrin) connected to my authorname (ghwrin) a second time and waited a day, but it still did not go through. I'm still unable to edit my movie to put it in the proper category.

Should be sorted now, could you respond here if it is so we can investigate if it's not.

Yeah, thanks for putting my movie in the proper category.

But, my authorname is still not associated with my login, even after requesting it twice with over 24 hours between them.

Somehow the movie is now listed under 'My Movies' and I'm able to edit it, hopefully this will apply to my future submissions as it still says:

"Author name None, You can get connected to your authorname by selecting it in this list:"
