I have premium and when I try to download from any of the US premium links, it gives me that error.

Seems that the file is not linked properly. For the time being grab it from the other premium links or one of the mirrors. This will be corrected when an Admin comes online.

Hmm I am able to download the file from the US mirrors when I try in Firefox. Can you confirm?

I can now, I do not know what you did but it was not working earlier.
