Okay, I have a question. I'm currently submitting my movie for the contest and I got to the link section and thought to myself, "Is it okay to add any links before the contest begins; specifically YouTube?".

4:1 Posting entries outside the Machinima Entertainment Network during the contest period (before winners are announced) will result in disqualification.

So, I hope that this doesn't mean that only premium users who can download the file you directly submitted to WCM can see the movie. >.>

Just one question, exactly what website(s) are part of the Machinima Entertainment Network besides WCM? >.<

I don't know but my guess would be the ones on top of the site.
