Can't download this movie.
 

I just signed up for premium membership just to download this old footage of an orgrimmar raid. However it appears the link is not working!

Does anyone have some information about this issue?

I don't mean to steal the thread but I am having the same issue. I paid for premium and am unable to download an old movie from 2006.

Contacted support and have received no response for two weeks now...

Hopefully we will see some resolution? They where glad to take my $ but I've received absolutely zero follow through.

I would like some correspondence regarding this issue; do these files no longer exist on your server?

A confirmation, at the very least, is all I ask.

We are looking into the issue with the archive. All these movies are normally available. If your premium runs out before you are able to download your movie we will make sure you are able to when the movie is again available for download.
