Reformatted, my Fraps clips now look fuzzy
 

Hi there. I use Fraps to capture my clips. I play in 1920 x 1080 and record in half-size. I reformatted my computer recently, downloaded the latest version of Fraps, and all of a sudden my clips are somewhat fuzzy! It's not terrible, but the quality has definitely decreased. The chat box used to be 100% smooth and visible -- now it's all blurry.

As far as I'm aware both my WoW settings and Fraps settings are the same as they were before I reformatted. Even though I've always recorded in half-size, my clips have always come out crystal clear. Would someone please help me diagnose the problem? I can't record in full-size without a ton of lag, and I refuse to make poor quality videos!
