Really annoying WCM livestream error!
 

Hey,

When viewing movies in WCM Livesteam the video is just black with the WCM logo over it. I get sound but no picture and when I reload I have to wait in this stupid queue just to find I get the same problem again! Also the playbar goes off the end of the bar if you get what I mean.

It's something on your end because nobody else has this problem. Try checking your video drivers and codecs.

If you find a "bad stream file use the link in the corner that says "Report bad streams"

It should get fixed then.

Give us the link to the stream and we will take a look into it and then get back to you. Most of the time when someone gets something like that they just need to get new codec from www.freecodecs.com, typicly the ones in a package.
