Uploading before purchasing premium membership...
 

I recently uploaded a movie to be hosted by this site. I saw afterwards the benefits of being a premium member in "skipping" the queue.

If I upload the movie, then pay for premium membership, do I have to re-upload the movie to gain the benefit of skipping this queue?

Purely technically, yes you would have to do that; but we can always sort that kind of thing manually.

It's been a couple months since I purchased the premium service. When I look under my premium service it says I have a 0 month premium service for my current premium account, then below it says that I purchased a 12 month premium service. I'm finding it impossible to tell if it actually awarded me my premium service, I see movies in the queue still moving in front of mine, which is what I was trying to avoid when purchasing the premium service.

When a movie has been approved it have to by synced to our other servers which cause a short delay. It it also possible that a few of the other movies also are "Premium". You always have priority over other movies when yours is synced.

Since you have Premium until May next year it sound like there is a display bug in profiles. Can you take a screenshot of your Premium page in profiles? It would help us fix the bug faster.
