What is the ideal resolution to render at?
 

thus far i have rendered everyhitn in WMV format 1280x720 in HD format but i still end up with massive sized files. Surely this is a bit of overkill?

is there an ideal quality to render at for sites such as this and YouTube? or have i actually got it right?
