anyone else with a problem with premium downloads..
 

As a premium member I'm getting 50kb/sec from both the US and euro servers....hopefully this is a temporary problem and will be fixed soon.

lucky u im getting 20kb/s

Firewalls and anti-virus programs do have the ability to block the protocall we use to allow people to download. Make sure that warcraftmovies.com is in the allowed list of any firewalls. Also what location in the world do you all alive and what connection speeds do you have?

I believe you can't even download it if you are behind Windows's Firewall?

Login, choose one movie, click premium member link and login error, but i logged in :(.
Sorry my english bad :).

Our login system is case sensitive. If you are using lower case letter when you need to use upper case letters you will not be able to login. Try that and get back with us.

Windows firewall by default allows people to download from our site. Other software such as Integrity Shield and Zone Alarm like to block us.

Honestly, I don't see what anyones talking about. I've been a premium member 2 days, and so far every download I've tried to download gave me 250-350kbps or higher. i love it.

I'm getting faster speeds from the US than EU, and i'm in the UK. Seems the EU ones are capped :(
