I am trying to upload a video.. but when i try to go to step 2.. it randomly "makes" the video in a empty screen saying no stream avable in a prewview window.. pressing edit movie sends you to a freaking news site? wtf is going on?

What news site? Can you take a screenshot or two that shows the progress through the submit steps?
