i dont know why but the past 2 days live steaming has stopped working

the picture shows what happens on all(white box with the lil red x in the corner) streaming movie sites

any help i could get to fix it would be great

As I understand it this is not a problem related to our site.

Clear your temp and internet data and check your "security" ;-) options in IE.
