Annoying rogue movies?
 

I keep seeing so many rogue movies of spam spam spam cool downs. They get high crits and stun lock their opponent with all there cool downs so that they will seem to be untouchable... I know theres alot of good rogues out there who don't need cool downs to beat people. Is any one else sick of these movies?

I actually prefer rogue movies where they make full use of their skills. Watching some alliance 12 yr old spamming sinister strike and gouge, is what im sick of seeing.

That's sorta broad and uninformed. Seeing as a rogue's dps comes from SS/backstab/mut/hemo/white damage, so yea it has to be spammed otherwise they won't be able to really kill anything.

That's like saying watching a frost mage spam novas/ice lances/frostbolts is boring and overused. That's what they do.

Obviously there are other abilities to be used in certain situations for any class, but back to the point, I'd revise your statement because it looks ignorant.

And anyways - who likes to see a boxing match in the 12th round? with all the stamina (cooldowns) used it's not much to look at ;)

I prefer the CD abusing rogue movies over the 10 minute duels vs healing class snoozefest. They annoy me much more then any CD abuse. You don't have CDs just to use them every once in a while they are their to use.

just an fyi, at 70 rogues really can't beat people *that are good* without using some if not most of their cooldowns. I don't understand why people don't get this or why they think there is some magic way for rogues to beat geared players without cds. I wish people had a better understanding of the game before making uninformed threads like this.
