Unable to upload video

For some reason when I try to upload my video , the uploading page always says there is a problem with connection, after i submit the video to upload it says "internet explorerer cannot display webpage."

I believe it's due to the file being over 2 GB.. I've tried rendering as avi and wmv but i'm not sure how to lower the file size. The video itself is around 14 minutes long. Any advice?

What editing program are you using? And what render settings are you using?
