don't know if this is the best place to comment on wcm premium, but don't know where else:

I recently upgraded to premium to a) support this great site and b) to get the faster download speeds, because I'm sick and done with live streams and filefront mirrors. I expected to download near my limit, but what I got was like 150 kb/s, means it hardly changed anything. have to say I'm kind of disappointed.

are you useing the right Premium? as far as if you live in the US.. use the Premium US Server?

In what state do you live in?

I'm from germany and I used both central eu and northern eu, but both get me the same results

Like I said in the other speed problem thread, I live in the UK and get faster speeds from the US sites than I do from the EU ones. I usually resort to filefront, which kinda makes the idea of a premium subscription pointless.

Hmm that is kind of werid they'll look into it.

I will PM you with a number of questions to help us come to terms with this problem. The EU servers are actually located in the UK, London and that makes this even more odd since you download faster from the US servers.

We had this issue previously with EU and the nordic countries. We were able to increase the speeds up to 5 times so I am pretty confident we can increase the speeds for you.
