uploaded with promo no prem?
 

I uploaded a movie with a wm promo and it's been release since this morning and don't appear to have premium other than premium avatar access.

It's been about 24 hours and I still do not have premium is anyone going to help me with this or am I just SOL?

What movie is this, and did you declare it as having promo when you uploaded it?

Found it, added premium to your account. Make sure you declare with a "YES" next time

Ok I specifically declared my latest movie with a yes this time and once again have not been awarded premium for uploading with the promo.

Thats odd, it was not marked as having premium. I am sorry about that, I have given you that upgrade now.
