very slow buffering
 

Hi WCM Community!


I just moved, and I'm wondering why WCM videos are taking longer than ever to buffer? Im using a 25M\b internet connection via Charter telecommunications. Is there a setting or an option somewhere I need to adjust?


If it helps any at all, I use a modem+router, and currently im on the desktop. I took a speedtest.net test, and my download speed is 12m\b and upload is 3m\b.

Any suggestions?

Hi Fallenlegend, might I ask where you move and what's your current IP? it can help to determinate why it has slowed down.

My IP #? Or internet provider? thats charter telecommunications, that didnt change. i moved maybe <2m from my old house, but I live in st louis, MO (USA)

Has the buffering time improved anything the past few days?

Yes, It seems that it has. I don't know what changed though.
