Hello all, I tried to find an answer here and on the web but no luck so far.

I recently installed Sont Vegas 9 trial, but for some reason the Divx codec does not show up for Step 8 of the guide.

I uninstalled the Divx codec and re-installed it, but still no good.

btw, I'm using Sony Vegas 9 trial 64bit

any help would be great.

last night I encoded a wow video but 38Gb is a bit too big:lol:

@ Exors, you have to download "DivX plus" to get the codec in vegas.

So... over 2 years later, Sony Vegas Pro 12 is most current... are these instructions still the 'best way' for Sony Vegas rendering?
