Question:

When is it okay to start uploading to mirrors?

I would assume, that once the community voting round starts (on the 14th?) it would then be "legal" to post mirrors...
Am I correct?

You are not allowed to upload it to any other site or mirror until the winners has been declared (on the 21st). We will stream all entries in high quality HD format during the voting.
