1920x1080 before approuval and 1280 × 720 after ?

Hi,

I want to say it's my first time as movie maker on WCM ...

I've uploaded a video on WCM and before approuval the size was 1920x1080 (around 700mb) and after the approuval it was 1280 × 720 (140 mb), how is this possible ?

I don't want my video with this size i want a good quality for it, some video i've seen was with a very good quality 1920x1080 and around 700mb why mine isn't like i've uploaded ?

How long is the movie? It could have something to do with it being over 50 MB/ minute. In the upload form we inform that larger movies than that may be automatically reduced in size to conserve space.
