Downloading Stopped

Hello there. I'm not quite sure if it's just my computer or internet failing me, but each time I try to download a movie from warcraftmovies.com via filefront or whatever file hosting site the uploader of a video uses, the download stops about halfway through. The dialog box remains up, saying that data is being transferred, but the time remaining and the MB downloaded stops and remains the same : Like out of 667 mb it stops at 427 mb and doesn't move.

If anyone has any idea why this is happening, please let me know, I haven't tried downloading anything from any other site to test if its just filefront/warcraftmovies, so I dunno if it's just a CPU or internet problem or if its the websites themselves.
