Choppy Framerate with Stage6

I'm having trouble when viewing every video on WCM hosted by Stage6. The frame rate is very choppy and sometimes stops all together for a few seconds and ends up catching up with itself. But its a reoccurring problem every few seconds.

The audio plays just fine and isn't effected by the frame rate. I've always preferred the Stage6 hosted videos because of the quality, and this problem just started up recently.

When I view the videos straight from the Stage6 website, I don't have the problem.

So does anyone have any idea why this problem suddenly happened, or something I can do to fix it?

Can you check if your CPU usage maxes out when you stream Stage6 on WCM?
What browser do you use? Have you tried a different browser?
What how much memory and what CPU do you have?
