Unable to submit any new movies

This has been confirmed with multiple users, with premium and normal accounts both, and with multiple browsers on multiple platforms:

The Race and Class dropdowns have things to select but everything is blank, same problem with Server and Language.


To reproduce: Select "Submit a new movie". Select "Horde". Now try to use the 'Race' dropdown.

It's been down for at least 5 days (since the end of December.)

Ye I see the same problem, but I just click something random blank and then when its submitted you can edit it, when its submitted you will be able to see servers/race/class etc.

Yes but if you try that, you'll be unable to actually select your own server, since the full list isn't populated -- at least it wasn't when I tried.

Well here's a workaround -- you won't be able to add your guild but everything else seems to work:

Don't try to use any of the dropdown fields, just enter your movie. Then go back and edit it: you'll be able to change the race, class, region, language, and server name at least.


Imperfect, but it lets me upload my malygos guide, so I'll take it.

I am still having this problem.. I see this post was days ago? Was it ever fixed, I know people are submitting videos somehow

Yes it was fixed. Very strange. I am unable to reproduce this bug.
Can you please provide a screenshot that shows the issue?
