Videos wont stream?

For some reason I cant use the WCM stream, but any other site (Youtube, noobflicks, vimeo, etc. work just fine). I'm on a Mac and tbh I have no idea if there is some compatibility issue or what. Someone make me feel dumb and tell me the easy fix I havent thought of yet :)

Edit: Should have been clearer, the starting frame of the video appears and the loading bar appears, but it never loads to the point where I can press the play button.

What flash version do you use?
could you send us the link of a movie you can't watch?
What browser do you use? Version and type?

The most recent version. The odd thing was, I DL'd the newest one thinking that might help and it did for a while. I took a break, came back and then it had stopped working all over again -_-

It's all of the WCM video streams, not just a single one :-/

i get same problem. I tried with Safari v4, IE 7-8, firefox 3.5 and 3.6 and google chrome.
I get the latest flash version.

same here i can see the first previewframe and the loading bar but it never changes into the "play"-button.

PS: I tried using Chrome Opera IE and Firefox its with every browser the same.

Same problem here. They all just sit at the loading screen. Ive tried all the browsers i can think of. The odd thing is: I never had a problem when i had a premium account but i just cant afford it anymore.

i think this bug is never going to be fixed.
thats very sad because most of the videos are only streams and theres often no nonpremiumdownload.

I have been having the same problem, it has never worked for me. And I really would like to whatch some of these videos. :,(

i have been having this problem for a while as well. i have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flash multiple times, cleaned out my cookies, tried internet explorer and google chrome, and i have still not been able to watch a video on wcm. the ONE time i got a video to load, was right after i restarted my computer and went to wcm.com and loaded up a movie. the next one i tried after that didn't work. when i right click it just says 'movie not loaded'.

Im running latest Firefox Version (doesn't work with Chrome or IE either), newest Flash Player and still the video is stuck in the first frame with a little gray loading icon with a pulse moving from left to right.

i too am experiencing what zabeoth is going through .. ive uninstalled firefox / flash multiple times used different web browers and still nothing its been happening for quite some time now for me about 2+ months or so..

same problem, it started yesterday after i installed k lite codec pack so i removed it but nothing changed. I tried also on a fresh formatted PC but nothing...flash is updated

hey, im on a laptop with windows xp and using firefox, when im trying to see a video, it just says: "share this movie" "adverstisement" "error line 1" and "recommendation text" + a green box at the bottom with some arrows at each side. :s

i see that allways i try to watch something here
(win xp, google chrome last version, flash player - last version)
and this happens always i change WCM Stream. Youtube stream is ok.

We are going to put out a new video player this week that might fix some of these issues. Also make sure you do not have any ad blockers running.

Dont have any addblocker but still VCM Stream wont start tho they started 1-2 time after like 10 mins of waiting and it takes 20-30 mins additional waiting time for 1 minutes lenght movie something definately wrong.

(Win7,Goole chrome,flashi,firefox etc all last version)

I will continue to investigate it.
