Videos Don't Load

Hello,

I am using the latest version of firefox and flash and no video will load for me (black box). Suggestions?

same,,my screen is black with a little box in left top corner of a guy sitting beside red tv screen?any suggestions?

i have been having this problem for a while as well. i have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flash multiple times, cleaned out my cookies, tried internet explorer and google chrome, and i have still not been able to watch a video on wcm. the ONE time i got a video to load, was right after i restarted my computer and went to wcm.com and loaded up a movie. the next one i tried after that didn't work. when i right click it just says 'movie not loaded'.

Can we get a post about this, this happens to me as well. just a black box always. I, at some point, was able to watch videos, but not anymore. I have the latest Flash player and have no cookies in my folders. can we get a solution. I have tried IE and Google chrome as well.

Do you have any adblocker installed in your browsers? Please disable it for WCM and see if that fixes the problems.
