Videos wont stream?

For some reason I cant use the WCM stream, but any other site (Youtube, noobflicks, vimeo, etc. work just fine). I'm on a Mac and tbh I have no idea if there is some compatibility issue or what. Someone make me feel dumb and tell me the easy fix I havent thought of yet :)

Edit: Should have been clearer, the starting frame of the video appears and the loading bar appears, but it never loads to the point where I can press the play button.

ever since your change to player...i cannot watch videos, they take fffooorrreeevvveeerrr to load, ie.....2:47 min vid takes about half an hour to load, only way i can watch video is from another stream, ie.youtube, etc..., wcm streams just are fail, I have the latest of everything on my comp, have never had problem till the change, any ideas?

don't mean to sound stupid, but "IP"? hoping u mean 'internet provider' which is Charter Cable, let me know if this not what you want please
