Runes of Magic...make it stop!

No matter the video i choose i get the same result. The runes of magic ad pops goes through its ear rape process and then when its finally done...it does it again! i've tried the trick i did before hand when i wanted to skip it by just refreshign the page, just refreshes the ad this time. and if i let it runs its course it just goes through it again or sticks at 0.

I am having the same issue, tried with FF(3.6) and IE. The ad runs and then the wait timer starts at 17 and counts down to 0. When it reaches 0 the page merely reloads and starts the whole process over again.

Still having the same issue, anyone looking into this yet ?

Hello WCM and WCM viewers;

Unfortunately I have been able to verify this issue after having attempted to trouble shoot the issue of the above mentioned "Runes of Magic" entry trailer being looped repeatedly... I have not yet found a successful work around.

So far this issue appears to be affecting users regardless of browser selection:
Updated versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and also Internet Explorer all seem to be affected and unable to otherwise launch video streaming as intended.

To reproduce this issue simply connect to www.warcraftmovies.com and select any video from the available options on the landing page; note that even upon opting to open the video in a separate tab or window yields the same dysfunctional result.

WCM; I'd be happy to assist in further trouble shooting this matter along with you provided that you require any assistance; however if this looping issue is getting to be fairly bothersome and I may experience WCM withdraws here shortly if my itch is not soon satisfied... :/

This is why everyone i've ever talked to said don't EVER pay for the premium service. This website has gone down the toilet so fast in the last year its' laughable.

haha, it does suck, but it did get me to look into this Runes of Magic game for a couple mins.

Ban Runes of Magic from advertising on WCM.

This thing is stuck in my head now. I don't think i can recover.

Once again... Take the ad off WCM. It would be much easier to do so then haveing to "fix" this issue.

I dont see whats so hard about just removing the Ad until you can find a resolution........................................ ...........

Sigh, runes of magic ad replays over an over, movies do not start, just the ad.

HOLY GOD I AM GOING INSANE!!!!. The ad was annoying to begin with and now to have it looping indefinatly?? TAKE IT DOWN PLEASE DEAR GOD MARY MOTHER OF JOSEPH!!!!
