What does "Top Skilled" mean?

I was under the impression that this tab was set up for PvP movies that didn't necessarily have any significant editting.

However, Vurtne's teaser trailer is getting a huge number of "skilled" votes when it doesn't feature any meaningful PvP at all.

Perhaps some clarification is needed for the general public or for me, if I'm wrong.

"Top Skilled" is only to be used on movies with actuall gameplay pvp so you're right, we'll change that.
