Well record set your WoW res to 1152x864, as Btcc22 said, it wont affect your footage. Sometimes to get the good footage, you have to play under some pretty blurry conditions!

Why not just change to Full Size?

Otherwise you have no choice to change your resolution...

Also, are you running windowed mode or full screen?
