I am in the US, But everything seems fine now, It starts off slow but works its way up to my normal download speed quickly.

Since my topic was closed i will talk here, I can download from the prem us servers again, but i would not call 15 KB/sec premium i usally get 600+ KB/sec on here and everywhere else.
