Help me chose render settings

im using After Effects CS4 and MegUI.

my video is going to be around 30 minutes and im trying to get the file size about 15-20 MB/minute. is there an option / setting to do this?

Hello, im using After effects 6.5 with the Quicktime H.264 HD compression.

When i render in HD, my files are far too large for most hosting sites and my videos are denied by Warcraftmovies for file...
